Description
VIII Cologne
Notes: ambergris, belladonna, clovebud, tobacco, bay leaf, fire, and Peru balsam
England’s most famous king, King Henry VIII had a soft spot for the finer things in life and was said to wear a concoction of ambergris and civet, two of the finest scents of the time. This cologne oil inspired by the illustrious Tudor has notes of ambergris, belladonna, clovebud, tobacco, bay leaf, fire, and Peru balsam.
*Belladonna, also known as Deadly Nightshade, is a poisonous plant and as such I use a fragrance oil for safety reasons*
Feel like a patched pair? We also have a perfume inspired by his second wife, Anne Boelyn, that is enticing and makes a perfect compliment for a couple’s gift.
8ml rollerball perfume. If you love it (and you will!) we can get larger sizes
