SIZE: 16 Inches Tall, 5 1/2 Inches in Length, and 3 Inches Wide

The circle at the top is for hanging…but not on a wall…freely, like from a tree branch etc.

I am guessing this held the salt and pepper shaker due to the worn paint in the bottom of the box…whatever it held, it was well used. You could probably use as a napkin holder also.
