I taught Team Building and Critical Thinking as an elective when I taught in middle school. The whole point of this elective was to get students to think. I decided that their grades every day would be 100% even if they got the wrong answer if they explained how they came to their answer. As the semester went on, every student wanted to get the RIGHT answer and definitely they were thinking! I loved teaching this class.
