SIZE: 9 Inches Tall, Glass is 8 Inches in Diameter, and Base is 5 1/2 Inches in Diameter

Weight: 4 2/4 Pounds Without Packaging

The glass is held onto the base with a metal disk, therefore, I don’t believe liquid could be held.

I put tiny clear glass marbles in it and sat a pillar candle inside…I have the glass marbles in a baggie, should you wish me to send those also…just let me know.
